Martin’s Take

I would have liked to read more discussion about this additional funding, but I think it’s really valuable for the DAO to own some of its own equity. Some things the DAO could do -

• Give equity as payment (i.e. Prop 57) or fractionalize it (via Nounlets) and use it for a Prop House round (like UMA)
• Do OTC deals to “raise funding” from folks who don’t want to buy from the auction house
• Use as collateral in lending pools
